About Us

Susan and Barry Diehl started Your Neighborhood DryCleaner (YNDC) in October of 2010. Our mission is to provide quality cleaning with a level of service that makes our customers lives easier. Susan and Barry, having both spent many years in retail management, bring an understanding of service that is different than most dry cleaners. Treating the customer the way we want to be treated is how we do business. We stand behind everything we do, and will always redo any item our customer is not satisfied with. We are committed to operating our business as environmentally and socially responsible as possible:

• We donate 5% of our profits to local charities and those in need
• We recycle hangars
• We give our customers a reusable bag to put their items in for cleaning and converts to a garment bag for the return to you! 
• When we have to use another type of clear plastic bag to put over you garments it is usually a bio degradable eco-max bag.

Your Neighborhood DryCleaner does not operate on the following Holidays: New Years Eve and Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
